As you age, you appreciate different things more and some that would be deemed essential, not so much.
One of the most precious things, is time.
You simply never have enough of it, especially for the things that you like or are interested in.
Sometimes, it’s good (read: required) to be able to do your own thing or a job you’ve been putting off, etc.
Whenever I attempt this, no matter how small, I end up not being able to get anywhere near completing what I set out to do.
Then I have to chase my tail, giving up more time, to accomplish what I originally set aside time for.
So I miss out double.
I don’t mind if it’s something essential or non-complicated, but it never is.
It’s always an issue that requires all or more of my allotted time.
Do you all have this problem, or is it, in my fanciful lucky world, just feckin me?
